The team of newly elected U.S. President Donald Trump is examining the Ukrainian Victory Plan. It is emphasized that there will be no capitulation from Ukraine.

In an interview with Kyodo News, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated this.

According to him, the war in Ukraine has reached a critical point, raising the question of whether Washington will continue to support Kyiv after Trump's inauguration.

“They are studying the plan, and we will be heard. But there will be no capitulation from Ukraine. That is a fact, and I believe he understands this,” Zelensky stated.

The head of state added that he hopes for additional negotiations with the newly elected U.S. president to explain some aspects in more detail.

Background. Earlier, Mind reported that Zelensky suggested that a ceasefire agreement with Russia could be achieved if the non-occupied territories controlled by Ukraine are under NATO protection. According to the president, this would allow him to later negotiate the return of the remaining territory through “diplomatic means.”
