The military intelligence of Ukraine currently has information indicating that Russia has used nearly 60 North Korean missiles against Ukraine.
This was reported in an interview with Radio Liberty by Andriy Chernyak, a representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense.
According to him, there are differences between Russian missiles and those from North Korea.
“Their accuracy is generally not very high. We understand that the technologies used to manufacture them are outdated,” Chernyak noted.
At the same time, he emphasized that despite their obsolescence, the missiles still pose a significant threat.
Furthermore, the intelligence officer speculates that Pyongyang may supply Moscow with millions of artillery ammunition.
“We constantly observe the movement of cargo and containers. We do not rule out that there may be artillery ammunition produced by North Korea, which is already stored in their warehouses,” he added.
Recall that on November 29, Ukrainian military intelligence reported that North Korea had delivered over 100 ballistic missiles and 5 million artillery shells to Russia.
Background. Earlier, Mind reported that North Korea plans to enhance the production of KN-23 ballistic missiles.
