The Cabinet of Ministers has introduced an export support regime during the period of martial law. This involves establishing specific features for carrying out export operations for certain types of goods (agricultural products).

“According to the Bureau of Economic Security and the State Tax Service, over the past 8 months, more than 5 million tons of agricultural products worth over 50 billion UAH have been exported, which show signs of currency revenue non-return,” said Deputy Minister of Economy Taras Kachka.

“The regulation will come into effect 30 days after the alignment and adoption of all necessary subordinate legislative acts required for the implementation of the Law of Ukraine dated 09.05.2024 No. 3706-IX, as well as after ensuring the capability to process the information defined by this Law in the information and communication systems of central executive authorities,” the statement said.
Recall that in May 2024, the Verkhovna Rada amended the Tax Code of Ukraine and certain other legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the application of the export support regime during the martial law period.
