Zelensky's 1,000 UAH: The government has announced the amount of funds that will be allocated for this initiative.

The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the implementation of the plan for the payment of the "Thousand of Zelensky". Specifically, 5 billion UAH will be allocated for this purpose.

This was reported by MP Oleksiy Honcharenko.

"5 billion UAH will be spent on 'Winter Support'. The funds will be transferred from the program that finances cashback to the program that will distribute one thousand UAH," he noted.

According to Honcharenko, Ukrainians will be able to receive 1000 UAH either in electronic form or at "Ukrposhta" – for those citizens who are in areas of active hostilities.

"The Cabinet also mentioned that the cashback for December 2024 will be received in February 2025, provided that funds are allocated for this purpose. If the funds are not allocated, then the cashback for December will not arrive," the MP added.
