The law enforcement agencies have already transferred over 2000 cases of questionable disabilities. Nearly a thousand have been reviewed, with 188 individuals having their disabilities revoked, and 388 summoned to a specialized research institute for reassessment.
It's interesting to consider how many years these fake disabilities have been accumulating. I recall the miner's compensations received as bribes in the Donetsk region back in the days... before Independence. Perhaps it no longer matters, but it has never truly stopped.
And what about the other regions all these years? The key point is that in both 1992 and 2016, everyone seemed satisfied. The war has slightly altered this previously closed topic. A lot will be revealed now… if the investigation picks up momentum.
