The Antimonopoly Committee has fined "Euro Smart Power" 12 million UAH for market concentration.

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has fined Euro Smart Power LLC 12.3 million UAH for concentration without permission.

This is reported by the press service of the AMC.

It is noted that the company rented a gas station in Kyiv from SUN LLC "Kersher" without obtaining the committee's approval. As a result, the value indicator of the concentration participant reportedly exceeded the threshold value.

"The rented assets in the form of gas stations constitute a separate business unit, which allowed Euro Smart Power LLC to have its own clearly defined market turnover of certain goods, namely high-octane gasoline, diesel fuel, and liquefied gas," the AMC explains.

Therefore, the committee concluded that the company violated the law "On Protection of Economic Competition" and issued a decision to impose a fine.
