The Ukrainian football club “Dynamo” Kyiv represented the country in the main stage of the Europa League this season.
It has been revealed how much the Kyiv team earned during their participation in the tournament.
The initial payments for each of the 36 participating clubs in the main stage of the Europa League amounted to 4.31 million euros.
Moreover, each club received an additional sum based on their UEFA club ranking, the “marketing attractiveness of the country,” earned points (150 thousand euros for each point earned), and their overall position in the league table.
In addition, the Kyiv team will also receive payments for their results in the qualifying rounds, which constituted a significant portion of the funds earned by “Dynamo.”
