The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the nominations of 4 new independent members to the Supervisory Board of "Ukrenergo".
This was reported by the company's press service.
The governing body now includes Patrick Roland Greichen, Luigi de Franceschi, Jeppe Sebastian Kofod, and Jan Henrik Montell. These candidates were sourced by the international firm Korn Ferry in accordance with impartial selection standards.

Patrick Greichen – former head of the Agora Energiewende analytical center and former State Secretary at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action of Germany.

Luigi de Franceschi – former top manager of the Italian energy company Terna, who also served for over 6 years as a board member of ENTSO-E. Additionally, he has previously held a position on the Supervisory Board of "Ukrenergo".

Jeppe Kofod – former Deputy Head of the Delegation for Relations with the United States. He was a member of the European Parliament and has experience in the fields of energy and foreign policy.

Jan Montell – former chairman of the board of Nord Pool AS and Fingrid Datahub Oy, and currently the chair of the board of Skarta Energy.
