The dismantling of street vendors continues in the area
During the demolition work in the Obolon district, specialists from the KP "Kyivblagoustriy" discovered that some street vendors had become winter homes for hedgehogs.
This was reported by the Animal Protection Center.
“Halting the demolition work until spring is impossible, but we have found an optimal solution that will make the dismantling process as safe as possible for our four-legged friends,” the message states.
It is noted that now, alongside the municipal workers, specialized experts from the Animal Protection Center and the veterinary service of the KP "Kyiv City Veterinary Medicine Hospital" are involved during the dismantling of street vendors. This way, if any animals in hibernation are found, they are promptly and carefully relocated to safe conditions, ensuring maximum comfort for the prickly residents of Obolon.
