Musk suggests the U.S. should "liberate" Britain from the "tyrannical government" of Keir Starmer.

He urges the British Prime Minister to imprison him.
Маск предлагает США «освободить» Британию от «тиранического правительства» Кира Стармера.

American businessman, owner of Tesla, SpaceX, and social media platform X, Elon Musk, a prospective member of Donald Trump's administration, suggests that the United States should "liberate the people of Britain from their tyrannical government."

He posted a poll with this proposition on his account on platform X.

Continuing his public campaign against current British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, Musk retweeted a post from a right-wing blogger.

The blogger accused Starmer of allegedly ignoring crimes committed by migrants while defending them against violence from the right.

"Starmer – to prison," Musk wrote in response to the shared post.

European Parliament member Raphaël Glucksmann, in turn, stated that this is an interference in the internal politics of the country, and there should be a response to it.

"The head of this network – a well-known member of Trump's administration – threatens to overthrow the elected government of a sovereign state. This is a chemically pure definition of interference in [the internal] politics of a country. If we do not respond decisively, our democracies will not withstand the coming storm," the member warned.

Leader of the British Liberal Democrats Ed Davey declared:

"People are already fed up with Elon Musk interfering in our country's democracy when he clearly knows nothing about Britain. It's time to summon the U.S. ambassador to ask why an official representative of the U.S. is suggesting the overthrow of the British government."

Background. Recall that French President Emmanuel Macron accused Elon Musk of interfering in European elections, particularly in Germany.

Previously, Musk stated that only the far-right pro-Russian "Alternative for Germany" can save Germany.

German politicians were shaken by Musk's post claiming that "only the AfD can save Germany." The German government called the American billionaire's interference weeks before the elections "unworthy and problematic."
