In Kharkiv region, a sabotage and reconnaissance group that infiltrated towards Kozacha Lopan has been neutralized, according to Zadorenko.

The news about the recent attack by the occupiers at the border of Derhachi and Russia is starting to generate public resonance.

This was reported by the head of the Derhachi City Council, Vyacheslav Zadorenko, as conveyed by "Dumka".

According to Zadorenko, during the night of November 24 to 25, a small Russian sabotage and reconnaissance group attempted to breach the border near the Hoptivka - Nekhoteevka checkpoint. However, they were stopped by Ukrainian defenders. Some of the saboteurs were eliminated, while the others retreated into the Belgorod region of Russia.

"From time to time, the enemy tries to 'test' the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine by sending in their saboteurs. Therefore, this event only demonstrates the strength of our defense and coordinated actions. The Russians are not conducting and are not attempting to carry out an active offensive in the Derhachi direction, as there are not enough forces observed at the border for that. Therefore, I urge everyone not to panic, to trust official sources and verified media," the statement reads.
