Временно оккупированных территориях Украины начнет функционировать реестр «контролируемых лиц — ЦНС».

In the temporarily occupied territories, a so-called register of controlled individuals will be launched on February 5, in which the enemy will list Ukrainians without a Russian passport.

This is reported by the Center for National Resistance.

"According to the official preamble, the register includes foreigners and stateless individuals who are illegally residing in Russia and are subject to deportation. However, in the case of the temporarily occupied territories, it essentially concerns Ukrainians without the enemy's passport," the statement reads.

It is noted that if Ukrainians are included in the register, they must either leave their homeland or obtain a legal basis for residency. Furthermore, residents of the temporarily occupied territories will be prohibited from using banks, registering real estate, driving vehicles, and getting married in the absence of a Russian passport.

Thus, according to the agency, this is yet another element of coercion aimed at legally establishing the status of Russian citizens for Ukrainians.

Background. Previously, Mind reported that Russia wanted to "punish" the UN for the organization not accepting data from the occupied territories. However, these attempts did not garner the required number of votes, noted the diplomat.
