The Anti-Raiding Office has reduced the complaint review period to 45 days.

Previously, such complaints were addressed within a timeframe of up to six months.

In 2024, the Office for Counteracting Raiding reduced the review period for complaints in the field of state registration to 45 days.

This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Justice.

Last year, the Ministry of Justice received 2,239 complaints regarding state registration, including: 435 from businesses and 1,804 related to real estate. Additionally, 39 notifications concerned unauthorized access to registries (DRRP and EDR). The number of orders resulting from the review of complaints in 2024 was 1,543, of which 440 were satisfied, accounting for 28.5% of the total.

The number of unresolved complaints has also decreased. In December 2024, taking into account the temporary suspension of registry operations, this number dropped to 144: 30 from businesses and 114 from real estate. In 2020-2022, this figure reached up to 2,500, with review periods sometimes lasting 3-6 months.

Furthermore, through the joint efforts of the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Defense, 30 land plots with a total area of 3,487 hectares and three real estate objects – 1,668 m2 – were returned.
