Andriy Kovalенко, head of the Center for Counteracting Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council, commented on the U.S. Embassy's warning regarding the potential threat of shelling from Russia. According to him, this warning is entirely justified, considering the accumulation of Russian missile stockpiles.
“Russians have been stockpiling missiles for a series of attacks on Ukraine for months. This includes X-101 missiles, which they continue to produce, as well as Kalibr and ballistic missiles,” Kovalенко noted.
He also emphasized that Russian aviation and missile stockpiles at strategic airfields and depots are on standby. Additionally, naval vessels may also be involved in the shelling.
