In the Kharkiv region, six people were injured during a fire at a psychiatric and neurological boarding school.
This information was reported by the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region, as conveyed by "Dumka".
According to the rescuers, the fire occurred yesterday, January 4, at 21:44 in a two-story building of the psychiatric and neurological boarding school located in the city of Yuzhne. A mattress and personal belongings on the second floor were ablaze, covering an area of 2 square meters.
During the fire, six individuals were injured, one of whom sustained 90% burns to their body, while the other five suffered from carbon monoxide poisoning. All the injured were hospitalized.
The fire was localized at 22:10 and subsequently extinguished.
