Forecasters have provided a fresh outlook
On Wednesday, January 8, Kyiv and the surrounding region are expected to experience temperature fluctuations leaning towards warming.
This was reported by the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center.
“In Kyiv and the region on January 8 — cloudy with clearings. At night — no precipitation, in the morning and during the day, there may be light rain in places. Wind — south-western, 7-12 m/s,” the forecasters warned.
According to their forecast, temperatures in the region will fluctuate at night from 4° above zero to 1° below zero, rising during the day to +8°. In Kyiv, nighttime temperatures are expected to reach up to 4° above zero, with daytime thermometers rising to +7°.
As of the morning, street thermometers in the capital showed +4° with a relative humidity of 87 percent and atmospheric pressure of 741 mm of mercury.
Reminder, on January 7 it warmed up to +8° in Kyiv.
