Additionally, the governor of Bryansk region, Bogomaz, reported a drone attack. It is likely that the “Kremniy EL” factory, which produces electronics used in the “Pantsir” and “Triumfator” surface-to-air missile systems, as well as in the “Iskander” missile complexes, was hit again.

Russian Ryazan was also targeted by drones that night. Two facilities were on fire – an oil refinery and the Novo-Ryazanskaya CHPP, as reported by Astra.

The propaganda Telegram channel Mash writes that the oil refinery owned by “Rosneft” and the Novo-Ryazanskaya CHPP are ablaze following the attack.

Telegram channels claim that the cause of the fires at the refinery and CHPP was debris falling. The regional governor, Pavel Malkov, without providing details, stated that all emergency services were dispatched to address the aftermath of the attack in Ryazan.
