This information was posted by activist Serhiy Sternenko on his Telegram channel, along with a photo of the wanted notice for the soldiers.

“On January 13, 2024, in the area of Velyke Soldatske, North Korean servicemen, after a prior conspiracy, committed the murder of five military personnel from the 810th Marine Brigade and left the unit's deployment site. They may be moving in a group across the territories of Kursk, Belgorod, Bryansk, and Oryol regions. The criminals are armed and dangerous,” the notice states.
