The Russian Ministry of Defense displayed remnants of ATACMS missiles used by Ukraine to strike Kursk.

The Russian Ministry of Defense has released photographs of missile debris from strikes conducted by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kursk region.

"According to verified information, over the past three days, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have carried out two strikes using long-range Western weapons on targets in the Kursk region," stated the Russian Ministry of Defense.

"During the assessment of the sites that were attacked, it was reliably confirmed that the Armed Forces of Ukraine used American-made ATACMS operational-tactical missiles," the agency reported.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine targeted the positions of the S-400 anti-aircraft missile division and the Kursk-East airfield in Khalino.

The Russian Ministry of Defense claims that during these attacks, 10 ATACMS missiles were destroyed, and three reached their targets, resulting in damage to infrastructure facilities.

The agency declared that it "is monitoring the situation" and is preparing a response.

Background. It was revealed today that Britain secretly sent Ukraine a new batch of Storm Shadow missiles. According to Bloomberg, this was done prior to the announcement allowing Ukraine to carry out long-range strikes against Russia.
