In the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, Russian invaders are actively fostering a cult of personality around the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin. This is reported by the Center for National Resistance, as noted by UNN.

As part of this effort, the occupiers show a three-minute video featuring the war criminal Vladimir Putin at children's events before they begin. This way, they impose the "authority" of the dictator on children from a very young age.

The occupying authorities of the Russian Federation organized the evacuation of 119 high school students from the occupied Mariupol to St. Petersburg. The children are expected to attend propaganda meetings with Russian propagandists for "re-education" and assimilation.
