Russia is launching a massive missile attack on Ukraine's energy sector: here's what we know so far.

The Russian army is conducting a massive missile attack. The enemy is launching cruise missiles of the "Kalibr" and X-101 types. Targets are being identified across all regions of Ukraine.

In light of the air raid alert declared nationwide, "Ukrenergo" has implemented emergency power outages. The head of the Ministry of Energy, Herman Halushchenko, emphasized that energy facilities are currently under enemy fire.

As of now, there are reports of hits in the Volyn region, in Sumy region, and in Kharkiv. The city has been struck by 3 missile attacks, all targeting the Kyiv district. According to preliminary information from Mayor Ihor Terekhov, the Russians attacked a civilian enterprise. No information about casualties has been reported.

Furthermore, as reported by correspondents of "Suspilne," explosions were heard in Rivne, Khmelnytskyi, Ivano-Frankivsk, Mykolaiv, Lutsk, Kropyvnytskyi, and also in Kyiv.

The KMVA reported that during the missile attack on Kyiv, debris fell in the Dnipro district. Preliminary reports indicate this occurred in an open area without any destruction or injuries.

Due to power outages across Ukraine, 6 trains are delayed by more than 1 hour. Backup locomotives are operating in the de-energized sections, so "Ukrzaliznytsia" promises to gradually reduce the delays.

Meanwhile, in Rivne region, as a result of the attack, over 280,000 consumers are without power. There are also reports of disruptions in water supply in the region.

At the same time, the KMVA updated data on the consequences of the attack on the capital. In Kyiv, rocket debris fell on the territory of an enterprise in the Darnytskyi district. Several utility structures and a truck sustained minor damages.

Furthermore, it became known about the first person injured as a result of the massive missile attack. In Vinnytsia region, a local resident was injured from the shelling. Residential buildings were also damaged, a utility building was destroyed, and a car was burned.
