"The town of Svesa is located in the northern part of the Sumy region, 14 km from the Russian border. The horror in Svesa began on August 22. Approximately every three hours, both day and night, a (Russian) aircraft approached the border and released 2-3 guided aerial bombs, causing the walls of all high-rise buildings to tremble with each explosion. During the day on August 25, a 250-kilogram KAB crashed into the roof of my five-story building, turning it into ruins. Almost all apartments in the building are similar to mine – that is, buried under slabs and stones," he recounted in August.
