On Monday morning, November 25, Russian forces struck the Kyiv district in Kharkiv.
The city mayor, Ihor Terekhov, reported this information.
“There’s an explosion in Kharkiv. Please be cautious!” he wrote earlier.
According to the mayor, the strike hit the Kyiv area of the city. A fire is reported at the impact site.
As added by the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleg Synehubov, in a Telegram post, preliminary information indicates the strike occurred in the central part of Kharkiv. Emergency services have been dispatched to the scene.
Later, Terekhov clarified that the number of injured has risen to ten.
