A court has issued a remote arrest warrant for Boholyubov, who has left the country, according to media reports.

The Pechersk District Court of Kyiv has made a decision to arrest Hennadiy Boholyubov.

According to UP, this information comes from the court's order.

The full text of the ruling is expected to be published soon; however, the released document indicates that Boholyubov will be held in custody if he is apprehended.

“To choose a preventive measure for the suspect in the form of detention. Following Boholyubov's arrest, he must be delivered to the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv for a decision on the preventive measure within 48 hours of being brought to the criminal proceedings, either to maintain the detention or to change it to a less severe measure,” the ruling states.

It has become known that the businessman left Ukraine on June 24 by train from Kyiv to Chełm. One of the reasons for his escape abroad may be the preparation of the Bureau of Economic Security (BEB) to announce charges against Boholyubov in the “Privat” case.
