The first insect house has appeared in Kyiv's Victory Park.
This information was shared on social media by the communal enterprise responsible for maintaining green spaces in the Dnipro district.
According to the municipal workers, this unusual house has been created to assist insects in the urban environment.
“Here they can hibernate and nest, allowing them to pollinate plants and protect them from pests in the summer,” the initiators of this idea are convinced.
As a reminder, specialists from the Kyiv Zoo performed a unique procedure on a 13-year-old exotic monkey – a female siamang named Tisi.
