Following the strike by Russian forces with a new missile on Dnipro on November 21, Defense Minister Rustem Umerov, under the direction of the president, is already holding meetings with international partners concerning new air defense systems capable of safeguarding lives against emerging threats from the RF.

Vladimir Zelensky reported this during his evening video address.

"When someone begins to use other countries not only for terror but also to test their new missiles through terror, that is definitely an international crime," he stated. According to the president, Russia is mocking the positions of China, Global South countries, and certain leaders – they call for restraint, and in response, they receive a new escalation from Moscow.

"Therefore, the world must respond seriously – so that Putin truly fears expanding the war and feels the real consequences of his actions," Zelensky said. "True peace is achieved through strength."
