Since the launch of the "National Cashback" program at the beginning of September last year, Ukrainians have accumulated 1 billion UAH in cashback for purchasing domestically produced goods by mid-January.
This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economy.
From September to November, cashback amounting to 388.4 million UAH was credited, which has already been transferred to citizens' payment cards. In December, Ukrainians accumulated 436 million UAH, and over 170 million UAH for the first half of January. Cashback earned in December and January will be paid out at the end of February 2025.
Currently, there are nearly 4.7 million active users of the "National Cashback" program, with 65% being women and 35% men. The program has been joined by 20 banks and 1,672 manufacturers. Cashback is now available on over 355,000 products.
The program will remain in effect until the end of 2025.
A 10% cashback is credited for purchases of Ukrainian goods added by manufacturers to a special list and purchased at participating stores in the program. Accumulated funds can be used to pay for utilities, medical services, education, transportation, mobile communications, insurance, and more.
