According to the police, the individuals were transported to safer locations and handed over to volunteers. Specifically, on November 18, three elderly pensioners who were unable to leave on their own were evacuated from the village of Bely Kolodets, part of the Kupiansk and Kurilivka communities.

"We urge everyone not to put themselves in danger and to leave frontline settlements. If you or your relatives have decided to evacuate, please contact the 'hotline' at 0-800-33-92-91, the police special line 102, or your nearest police station," the statement said.
