A young man lost his life in a car accident in the Kharkiv region: What we know.

In the Kharkiv region, police are investigating the circumstances of a traffic accident that resulted in the death of a car driver.

This was reported by the communication department of the Main Directorate of the National Police of Ukraine in Kharkiv region, as conveyed by "Dumka".

According to the police, the accident occurred yesterday, January 27, at approximately 18:30 on the Chuhuiv – Pechenihy – Velykyi Burluk highway near the village of Kochetok.

A 31-year-old driver of a Renault Express lost control, veered off the road, and crashed into a tree. As a result of the accident, the man died on the spot from his injuries.

The information has been recorded in the unified register of offenses. The issue of qualifying the incident under the Criminal Code of Ukraine is being addressed.
