A man died in a fire in Pesochin near Kharkiv, according to the State Emergency Service.

A man lost his life in a fire in the village of Pysochyn, Kharkiv region.

This information was reported by the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region, as conveyed by "Dumka".

According to the State Emergency Service, the fire in the village of Pysochyn in the Kharkiv district started yesterday, January 24, at 2:19 AM.

By the time rescuers arrived, the flames had spread over an area of 100 square meters. The living rooms, roof, and flooring of the house were on fire. As a result of the blaze, a man perished.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
