Cash expenditures of the state budget of Ukraine in December 2024 reached a record 704.7 billion UAH compared to 426.3 billion UAH in November. For the general fund, it was 491.9 billion UAH against 340.2 billion UAH in November.

It is noted that compared to December 2023, state budget expenditures in December 2024 increased by 28.5%, particularly for the general fund – by 23.7%.
In December, thanks to significant external assistance, state budget revenues amounted to 470.4 billion UAH compared to 302.6 billion UAH in November.
For the year 2024, the state budget received 3.12 trillion UAH in revenues, which is 448 billion UAH, or 16.8%, higher than the 2023 state budget figure.
For the general fund, revenue growth was 514 billion UAH, or 31% – reaching 2.18 trillion UAH, including international financial assistance in the form of grants amounting to 453.6 billion UAH compared to 433.9 billion UAH in 2023.
Regarding state budget expenditures, in 2024, they increased compared to 2023 by 464.5 billion UAH, or 11.6% – totaling 4.48 trillion UAH, including for the general fund – by 15%, or 454.5 billion UAH – to 3.49 trillion UAH.
