The owner of two Ukrainian online casinos is set to launch another one, as KRAІL has issued a new license.

The Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries (CRGL) has issued a new license for the organization and conduct of online casino gambling to the company "SPARKTEC" LLC.

This is mentioned in the commission's decision No. 512 dated November 7, 2024.

According to data from Youcontrol, the authorized capital of the firm, which is two months old, is 30 million UAH. The authorized person and ultimate beneficiary is Pavlo Zhurylo. He also owns another LLC – "Slots U.E." This company has two online casino brands – SLOTOKING and 777.

As a result of last year, "Slots U.E." ranked among the top 10 most successful companies in the gambling business. According to data from Opendatabot, Zhurylo's company increased its revenue 103 times in 2023, earning 3.4 billion UAH.
