In the 1000 days of the ongoing war, Russia has launched over 2,500 missiles and drones at Kyiv.
In the capital, there have been a total of 1,369 air raid alerts lasting for 1,553 hours during this period.

Over the course of 1000 days of full-scale invasion, Russia has launched more than 2500 missiles and drones at Kyiv.

Half of the total number was used in the incomplete year of 2024. Notably, during the most intense strike on the capital, the Russians attacked with nearly 80 missiles and drones combined. In total, over more than 2 years, the capital has faced:
- over 1600 drones of various modifications;
- nearly 800 cruise missiles of types X-101, “Iskander-K,” and X-69;
- almost 90 ballistic “Iskander-M” or KN-23 missiles;
- about 40 aeroballistic “Kinzhal” missiles;
- 6 hypersonic “Zircon” missiles.
