Volodymyr Zelensky presented the "Resilience Plan" for Ukrainians to the Verkhovna Rada.
This was revealed during a broadcast of his speech.
The President's plan includes 10 points, addressing issues of unity, human capital, and cultural sovereignty. Zelensky intends to present the full plan along with its appendices next month, but here’s what is currently known:

Unity – no elections during wartime;

Front – changing management approaches in the army;

Arms – Ukraine is to produce at least 30,000 long-range drones by 2025;

Money – the state should procure what it is able to produce independently;

Energy – protection of energy facilities;

Security – modernization of shelter standards;

Communities – changing tax conditions for frontline areas;

Human capital – establishing a National Standard of Accessibility, an Institute of Multiple Citizenship, and a Ministry of Integration;

Cultural sovereignty – creating a "Cultural Ramstein" and promoting the establishment of a Ukrainian Studies department at foreign universities;

Heroes’ Policy – involving veterans in public service.
