According to him, this position is a great honor and a significant responsibility.

“Kyiv must remain a city that provides opportunities for people and businesses, preserves its historical heritage, and creates decent living conditions,” Tkachenko assured.

Before joining the Ministry of Strategic Industries, according to information on his Facebook, Tkachenko had experience working in Kyiv's government, including serving as the director of the territorial control department of Kyiv, previously as Deputy Head of the Darnytsia District State Administration (RDA), head of the apparatus of the Holosiivskyi RDA, Deputy General Director for Investments and Development of Coastal Infrastructure at the municipal enterprise (KP) "Pleso," and head of the underground pedestrian crossing maintenance department at KP "Kyivblagoustriy."
