"Winter eSupport": Ukrainians submitted 10 million applications for payments through the Diia app.

Since December 2024, Ukrainians have submitted 10 million applications for payments under the "Winter eSupport" program in the Diia app. Of these, nearly 2.5 million are for child payments. 

This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economy.

Citizens have mostly spent the received funds on utility bills. 

The average age of applicants is 40 years, with 68% being women and 32% men. 18.5% of the applicants are aged 60 and older, and 14% of applications were submitted by internally displaced persons (IDPs). 

You can also apply for the 1000 UAH payment through partner bank branches and Ukrposhta. These funds can be used to pay for utilities and medical services, education, transportation, mobile communication, insurance, books, medications, and medical products made in Ukraine. Additionally, the 1000 UAH can be donated to charity or to the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).

Background. Earlier, Mind reported that the government allocated an additional 5 billion UAH from the reserve fund of the state budget for the "Winter eSupport" program.
