"A serviceman from Russia was apprehended while riding a bicycle towards Borovaya. He was dressed in a Russian uniform on the bottom and a civilian jacket on top. According to him, he is a former prisoner who signed a contract and was then sent to storm the area near the village of Kolysnykivka in the Kupiansk community. Somehow, he managed to escape and, as he stated, laid down his weapon and wanted to present himself to our military," a police officer told the journalist.

According to law enforcement, he pretended to be a civilian, stole a bicycle, and was heading towards Borovaya. He was captured without a fight in Bohuslavka.
