In the war against Russian occupiers, a resident of Kharkiv region, Vladislav Voronov, has lost his life.
This was reported by the Telegram channel "LozovaNews," as conveyed by "Dumka."
The fighter was born on March 27, 1995, in the village of Panyutino. There he spent his childhood and youth, where he completed 9 grades and enrolled in the Lozova Vocational Lyceum, specializing in "Tractor Operator for Agricultural Production."
"Everyone who knew him during this period of life speaks of him in the same way: a diligent student, reliable and open, sincere, kind, hardworking, and caring. He was interested in family matters and helped his grandmother."
In 2014, he served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine during his mandatory service, and upon returning, he worked as a rigger at the "PVRZ" branch of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia." He was married to Daria and had a son named Artur," the report states.
With the onset of Russia's full-scale invasion, he volunteered to defend Ukraine, where he became a scout. He covered hundreds of kilometers during reconnaissance operations in the gray zone and delivered tens of gigabytes of information that helped eliminate the enemy.
"Then came the counteroffensive. Bakhmut. Zaporizhzhia. He suffered a severe concussion. He received treatment. He mastered a new profession as a UAV pilot. In a short time, he achieved a high level of skill in his field. And back to the front. He became a junior sergeant - an operator of the 2nd division of strike drone aviation complexes of the drone platoon."
Voronov was killed on February 22, 2025, around midnight while carrying out a combat mission near the settlement of Starytsia in the Chuhuiv district of Kharkiv region due to mortar shelling. He was considered missing under special circumstances for three days. The soldier will be bid farewell on March 1 at 12:00 at the cemetery in the village of Lymanivka (Panyutino) in the Lozova district.
