In Kharkiv region, the 13th Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine "Charter" is launching a unique library project.

According to military sources, over 750 books have been prepared for the troops, which will now be read by soldiers in various units.
Books are being distributed for free in the army by the NGO "Reformation" in collaboration with the publishing house "Our Format." The defenders are being gifted regulations, manuals, methodological literature, and contemporary publications.
"Currently, books are an important source of support and inspiration for the military. Reading helps maintain a connection to culture and history, reminding them of the values for which the war is being fought," the message states.
