Currently, Kupiansk in the Kharkiv region is once again under intensified shelling by the Russian Federation.

This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Synegubov, as conveyed by "Dumka".

According to Synegubov, the situation in the city is deteriorating. The Russian Federation continues to attack civilian facilities and terrorize peaceful residents. It has been noted that Russia is employing various types of weapons, including drones with munitions and multiple rocket launcher systems.

For instance, today, January 21, at 14:35 and 14:50, two private houses were shelled by Russian forces. In the morning, around 9:00, the occupiers struck a service vehicle belonging to Ukrainian law enforcement with a "Molniya-2" drone. As a result, three police officers sustained shrapnel injuries.

Additionally, during the shelling, a civilian vehicle was hit, resulting in injuries to a 64-year-old woman and her 68-year-old husband, both residents of Kupiansk. The situation in the city remains tense.

Recall that today, January 21, around 9:00, the occupiers targeted police officers in Kupiansk using a "Molniya-2" drone. Three police officers sustained shrapnel injuries of varying severity and are receiving medical assistance. Both service and civilian vehicles were damaged. A 64-year-old woman and her 68-year-old husband, residents of Kupiansk, were injured. It was later reported that a checkpoint is on fire and an ambulance vehicle is damaged.
