Rescue teams revealed the aftermath of the strike in Kupiansk, where they discovered the bodies of deceased women.

Yesterday, January 26, Russians launched a massive airstrike on the residential sector of Kupiansk, resulting in casualties among the local population.

This was reported by the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region, as conveyed by "Dumka".

According to the State Emergency Service, several private homes were destroyed as a result of the attack. Subsequently, rescuers retrieved the lifeless bodies of two deceased women from the rubble.

Currently, the emergency rescue operations have been completed. Rescuers and medical personnel were on site during the "arrival".

Recall that yesterday, January 26, in Kupiansk, after intensive strikes on the city, rescuers found a wounded woman. She sustained an explosive injury and a fracture. At that time, no information was available regarding the deceased.

It later became known that as a result of the Russian shelling of Kupiansk, two women died. The occupiers struck with a FAB-500.
